Private means private.

All enquiries are treated as strictly confidential. You probably don't want your competitors to know if you are bidding on a contract, and we will never tell them. We never release information about enquiries received, customers, locations, etc. to other customers or third party vendors. Private means private.

ControlsPlus Solutions is a distributor only. Not an installer, not a system integrator, and definitely not a competitor for the work you are doing. We will never use your contact information for anything more than to respond to your enquiry and follow up with sales and invoice information. If you also put colleagues, or your accounts department, in Cc: of your enquiry email then we reply to everyone who was copied unless you tell us who should get which information. Maybe you prefer your technical staff are not included in copy of invoices and financial information. Please tell us how your purchasing workflow is best managed and we will meet your requirements.

ControlsPlus Solutions does not release pricing and technical information to end-user customers. You must use a company email address (or a consultancy or institution email address), or tell us why you are not using a company email account.

ControlsPlus Solutions does not request nor hold credit card information. We use third party payment services that meet the highest international standards for security. We do not want to know your card information. If you ever get a call asking for your card details then it is not a genuine call from ControlsPlus Solutions.

There is of course a downside. If you want an example of a site already using a driver that has been supplied by ControlsPlus Solutions then we need to ask whoever installed the driver on that site permission to reveal information about the site before replying. It is usually much quicker and easier to use the free of charge trial driver to verify that it meets your requirements before purchase.
