Ready to order
The MaxLine trial driver should be installed and verified before ordering an unlock code.
The unlock code is linked to the Niagara Host ID of the controller and the Host ID is required to generate the unlock. For a JACE 8000 the ID is like: Qnx-TITAN-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx where "x" is a hexadecimal digit, for a Microsoft Windows-based Web Supervisor the Host ID is usually like Win-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.
The UNLOCK CODE determines the number of points, and the points limit can be changed by entering a new unlock code to a driver that is already installed and functional. For the “old style” JACEs before the JACE 8000 series all unlocks are unlimited points. Ordering drivers
If you need price information or other information about ordering please contact mail@controls.plus or use the Enquiry Form
The product code for the Niagara4 drivers is like this: DR-ML-[driver-type]-N4-[points limit]. For more information please see the full price list.
The [points limit] is one of the following for a JACE:
J3 - 500 points for a JACE 8000 or unlimited points on an "old style" JACE3
J6 - 1000 points for a JACE 8000 or unlimited points on an "old style" JACE6
J7 - 2000 points for a JACE 8000 or unlimited points on an "old style" JACE7
J8 - unlimited points on a JACE 8000
For Web Supervisors the driver has a 500 point unlock in the base configuration, and further blocks of 500 points can be purchased. Unlimited unlocks are also available for large sites.
When you order an unlock the type of Niagara controller is clear from the Host ID: TITAN for a JACE 8000 series, NPM for old style JACEs.
If you are waiting for delivery of a JACE, or need to visit a remote site to get the details of the controller, you can order the unlock before you have the Host ID and then send the Host ID by email when it becomes available. A smartphone photo of the label on a JACE showing the Host ID can be sent, and avoids the risk of typing errors. The unlock will then be issued as soon as possible.Hardware - driver interfaces (where necessary) or BACnet Gateways
